Huddles are designed for groups of 4-20 people in an interactive environment where participants learn from each other during professional development.
Designed to walk alongside a leadership team. Each of us has different needs, values, perspectives, and way of operating. These individual differences can be found at the root of many workplace challenges. This training includes looking at leadership styles and how that relates to those you lead, how people are misunderstood based on what they value and exploring different perspectives.
Practical applications for appreciating differences as you get to know each other, build trust, and learn to communicate more effectively as a team.

Janelle facilitates fun and interactive huddles sessions. These sessions allow participants to explore different personality types and the impact these styles have on personal and professional relationships.
