Janelle has been so great to work with and I am so happy we hired her to work with our team this season! It has been eye opening to learn how each member of our team operates, and we were provided with tools to know how to better approach and reach our players when having conversations or giving feedback. Observations I've made from huddle trainings and coaching with Janelle include: It’s interesting to see how different peoples’ personalities and strengths can work together within an organization (or not).
